Therefore if the cleaning company that you have previously used did not offer to perform a thorough dry pre-vacuum, quite simply they are only doing half a job! Cutting corners in this way makes just about as much sense as changing your car oil filter whilst neglecting to change the dirty oil !

1	Dry soil power Vacuum:	First we first thoroughly dry-vac using a high velocity vacuum power-brush. This effectively 'opens up' and lifts the carpet pile, releasing dry soil particles that have become trapped.	Almost NEVER ! X	√

4	Dwell Time:	A considerable amount of standing time is given to allow the chemical enzymes to completely disintegrate the soil 'barrier' which has formed gradually over time.	Rarely ! X	√
